The Royal Mail with Cap Gemini embarked on a major upgrade and revamp of the Royal Mail website. New Content Management System, new customer journeys, new services, new taxonomy and navigation. New digital teams were formed. I/Growth Hakka were part of a temporary specialist team brought on to program manage the rollout and development of the new website.
